ASCE for customers
Depending on your assigned ASCE version, please visit the corresponding support area.
ASCE 5 has a dedicated support website, hosting a range of resources including a downloadable package, step-by-step download guide, a wiki, FAQs, video tutorials, and more.
Please note, this area is only for users under a current support agreement. Access requires a login that is provided when you receive your ASCE 5 licence. Your login can be found in your unique User welcome pack or via your Licence Manager. If you do not have an ASCE 5 licence and would like to upgrade, please contact ASCE support at email@example.com
The Customer Area hosts a number of ASCE 4 resources, including downloadable installers and files, plugin manuals and a knowledge base.
Please note, this area is only for users under a current support agreement who have an ASCE 4 licence. Access is protected by a login. Please contact your Licence Manager for your company’s account details, otherwise contact ASCE Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We encourage an upgrade to the latest version of ASCE where possible, please contact support for access to ASCE 5.
