This version of SpecBox is free, but the copyright to the software and manual belongs to Adelard. The material made available here must not be sold or used for commercial gain by any third party.

Adelard gives no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing, usage or trade or otherwise with respect to the Software or any use thereof.

Although Adelard has taken due care in developing the Software, it has not been developed to the same standards as those required for application software for critical (e.g. safety critical) systems and Adelard gives no warranty as to the suitability of the Software for such use.
