A number of users have developed plugins for ASCE, based on the ASCE developer documentation.

Plugins are posted on this site as zip files. Once you have downloaded and unzipped the file, you will see either a file whose name ends in .exe or .xml (as well, perhaps, as other documents such as a user manual).
The first time you run the plugin, you will see a dialogue warning you that a new plugin has been detected, and prompting you to accept it. Click "Accept" to load the new plugin. Note that this dialogue has a checkbox which you can use to suppress warnings on subsequent occasions.
This following user-developed plugin is developed by Tony Corkery, QinetiQ Boscombe Down, and is kindly made available here for download.
