In ASCE version 3.5 Adelard brings over 19 years of safety and dependability leadership in supporting the development and maintenance of safety and
assurance cases. Since its establishment in 1987 Adelard has developed an enviable reputation for addressing complex customer needs in a range of
sectors, including defence (land, sea and air), nuclear, civil aviation, rail and road transport, and space. We work closely with government
organisations at the European level in the development of policy, and have been involved with the production of numerous key safety standards
and guidelines.
ASCE version 3.5 takes assurance and safety case practice to new levels. Its
powerful 'plugin' architecture provides powerful, user-extensible
capability. ASCE continues to support the key assurance case notations: Goal Structuring Notation and Claims-Arguments-Evidence. A number of other
notations are supported including project management, Why-Because Analysis and ECFA (both for accident analysis), decision trees and 'Bow Tie' analysis.
Recently released is a notation for developing verification and validation cases to international standards. Other notations are available as free
downloads from this website.
